• La Lista — your email address.
• Sponsors & Collaborations — your name, company, email, phone number, and details about your inquiry.
• Charter Partners — your name, company, email, phone number, website, and USCG license number.

We don't collect payment information, and we don't use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, send you updates about LATIVIENTO gatherings if you've joined La Lista, and evaluate sponsorship or charter partner applications. We don't sell or rent your information to third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep the information you submit for as long as it's useful to the purpose you submitted it for — for example, your La Lista email until you unsubscribe, or your sponsorship inquiry while we're in conversation with you. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact below.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children's privacy

LATIVIENTO is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Data security & breach notification

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. If a data breach affecting your personal information ever occurs, we'll notify affected individuals consistent with Illinois law.

How submissions are processed

Form submissions on this site are handled by Netlify Forms, our website host. Netlify processes and stores submissions on our behalf so we can access them; it does not use your information for its own purposes. You can read more about Netlify's own practices at netlify.com/privacy.

Unsubscribing

If you've joined La Lista and want to stop receiving emails, every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us directly using the address below.
