Why I built this.

I spent years being one of the only Latinas in rooms that mattered — professional spaces, exclusive tables, opportunities that shaped careers. I learned how to navigate them. What I kept noticing was how few of us were actually there.

I'd already built curated experiences for Latina women, and I saw what happens when something is built with real intention: people show up for it. Every time I shared what I was building next, the response was the same — people asking when the next one was and how to join.

That response is what LATIVIENTO comes from — a community of Latino professionals, business owners, and entrepreneurs, and everyone working toward it. Gathering at the top, in spaces built for us instead of around us.
